Ingredients 

Marinated Chicken

  • 500 g Chicken Breast cut into strips
  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Pita Sandwich

  • 4 pieces Pita Bread
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup Tomatoes diced
  • 0.5 cup Red Onion sliced
  • 0.5 cup Tzatziki Sauce

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken strips and mix well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken strips for 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  3. 3. Warm the pita bread on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  4. 4. Assemble the sandwiches by placing grilled chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and tzatziki sauce inside the pita bread.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
