  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • ¼ cup Fresh Dill chopped
  • ¼ cup Fresh Mint chopped
  • 2 stalks Green Onions sliced
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Wash and chop the romaine lettuce.
  2. 2. Chop the fresh dill and mint.
  3. 3. Slice the green onions.
  4. 4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, dill, mint, and green onions.
  5. 5. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
