Maroulosalata Greek Romaine Salad Recipe
A refreshing Greek salad made with romaine lettuce, fresh herbs, and a simple vinaigrette.

Salad Ingredients
- 1 head Romaine Lettuce chopped
- ¼ cup Fresh Dill chopped
- ¼ cup Fresh Mint chopped
- 2 stalks Green Onions sliced
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Wash and chop the romaine lettuce.
2. Chop the fresh dill and mint.
3. Slice the green onions.
4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, dill, mint, and green onions.
5. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
6. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
7. Serve immediately.
