Simple homemade mayonnaise.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Vegetable oil
- 1 large Egg at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon Salt
In a bowl, whisk together the egg, lemon juice, and mustard until smooth.
Slowly add the oil while whisking continuously until the mixture thickens and emulsifies.
Season with salt to taste.
Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
