Ingredients 

Meatballs

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Sandwich

  • 4 Hoagie Rolls
  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, warm the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Once the meatballs are done, place them in the hoagie rolls, top with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
