Mediterranean Grilled Vegetables

- 2 pcs Zucchini sliced
- 1 pcs Red Bell Pepper sliced
- 1 pcs Yellow Bell Pepper sliced
- 1 pcs Red Onion sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and red onion.
Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Place the vegetables on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have nice grill marks.
Remove the vegetables from the grill and serve immediately.
