Mediterranean Salmon Pasta Salad
A refreshing and healthy pasta salad with Mediterranean flavors and salmon.

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta cooked and cooled
- 200 g Salmon cooked and flaked
- 1 Cucumber diced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper diced
- 100 g Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 50 g Feta Cheese crumbled
- 50 g Olives sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, flaked salmon, cucumber, red bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and olives.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
