  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Fresh Mint Leaves Packed

Instructions 

  1. Combine water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add mint leaves and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool. Strain the syrup into a bottle and discard the mint leaves.
