Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bacon diced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cups Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Celery chopped
  • 2 cans Clams with juice
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Butter

Instructions 

  1. In a large pot, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pot.
  2. Add onion, celery, and potatoes to the pot. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. Add clams with their juice, heavy cream, and milk. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in butter until melted. Serve hot, garnished with crispy bacon.
