Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper optional
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
In a large bowl, soak the chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight in the fridge.
In another bowl, mix together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Remove the chicken from the buttermilk, letting the excess drip off. Dredge each piece in the flour mixture, pressing to adhere.
Place the coated chicken on the wire rack. Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken pieces.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
