- 2 lbs Pork shoulder
- 1 cup Barbecue sauce

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, salt, black pepper, brown sugar, garlic powder, and onion powder.
3. Rub the mixture all over the pork shoulder.
4. Place the pork shoulder on the grill and cook for about 30 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
5. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
