Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich
A classic Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich made with thinly sliced beef, melted cheese, and sautéed onions and peppers.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 unit Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 unit Green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
- 4 units Hoagie rolls
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the onions and bell peppers, and sauté until they are soft.
Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and add the thinly sliced steak. Cook until the steak is browned.
Mix the steak and vegetables together, and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Place the provolone cheese slices over the steak and vegetables, and allow them to melt.
Toast the hoagie rolls in a separate pan or in the oven.
Fill each hoagie roll with the steak, vegetable, and cheese mixture. Serve hot.
