Philly Steak Sandwich Recipe
A classic Philly steak sandwich with ribeye steak, onions, bell peppers, and provolone cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add onions and bell peppers, cook until soft.
Add steak, season with salt and pepper, cook until browned.
Place cheese over the steak and veggies, let it melt.
Toast hoagie rolls, then fill with steak mixture.
