  • ½ cup Shelled pistachios
  • ¼ cup Cranberries
  • ¼ cup Feta cheese

Dressing

  • 3 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, pistachios, cranberries, and feta cheese.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
