Pittsburgh Chipped Ham Barbecue Recipe

- 1 lb Chipped ham thinly sliced
- 1 cup Ketchup
- ¼ cup Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Yellow mustard
- ½ teaspoon Onion powder
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- 4 Hamburger buns
1. In a skillet, combine ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, mustard, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir well.
2. Add chipped ham to the skillet and mix until the ham is well coated with the sauce.
3. Cook over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Serve the ham barbecue on hamburger buns.
