Dough

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Water warm

Filling

  • 2 cups Mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Gradually add warm water, mixing until a dough forms.
  2. 2. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
  3. 3. For the filling, mix mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, melted butter, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
