Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Marinate chicken pieces in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture, coating evenly.
  5. 5. Fry chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per batch.
  6. 6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
