Ingredients 

Marinade

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 4 pieces pork chops bone-in or boneless

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, minced garlic, and black pepper.
  2. Place pork chops in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over the pork chops, ensuring they are well coated.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for best results.
  4. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Remove pork chops from marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Grill or cook pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Let the pork chops rest for 3 minutes before serving.
