Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork shoulder, cubed
  • 2 cups Carrots, sliced
  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add pork and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. 3. Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
  4. 4. Pour in chicken broth, add carrots and potatoes.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper, bring to a boil.
  6. 6. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1.5 hours.
