Portobello Mushroom Burger
A delicious and healthy alternative to traditional beef burgers, made with grilled Portobello mushrooms.

Main Ingredients
- 4 large Portobello mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices cheese optional
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, onion, and other toppings as desired
- Condiments ketchup, mustard, etc.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
Brush mushrooms with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill mushrooms for 5-7 minutes on each side.
Add cheese slices during the last minute of grilling if using.
Toast burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
Assemble burgers with mushrooms, toppings, and condiments.
