  • 4 Portobello mushroom caps
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 4 Whole grain buns
  • 1 cup Arugula

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and dried basil.
  3. 3. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the portobello mushroom caps.
  4. 4. Grill the mushrooms for about 5 minutes on each side, until tender.
  5. 5. Toast the buns on the grill for a minute or two.
  6. 6. Assemble the sandwiches by placing a grilled mushroom cap on each bun, topping with arugula.
