Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce. Mix well.
2. Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold the wrapper over and seal the edges with water.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the pot stickers and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
4. Add water to the skillet and cover. Steam the pot stickers until the water evaporates.
5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
