  • 6 medium Potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 stalks Celery chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Vinegar
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the potatoes in a pot until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Add the cooled potatoes, onion, and celery to the bowl. Mix well.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
