- 2 cups Grated Potatoes
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 cup Milk

Preheat your waffle iron.
In a large mixing bowl, combine grated potatoes, flour, milk, eggs, salt, baking powder, black pepper, and melted butter. Mix well.
Grease the waffle iron with a little butter or oil.
Pour the batter onto the preheated waffle iron and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
