Main Ingredients
- 1 bunch Radishes sliced thin
- 1 cup Cucumber sliced thin
- ¼ cup Red Onion sliced thin
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced radishes, cucumber, and red onion.
2. Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the vegetables.
3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
4. Toss everything together until well combined.
5. Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
