Ramen Burger Recipe
A fun twist on the classic burger, using ramen noodles as the bun.

Ramen Buns
- 2 packs Instant Ramen Noodles discard seasoning packets
- 2 large Eggs
Burger Patties
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Toppings
- 4 leaves Lettuce
- 4 slices Tomato
- 4 slices Cheese
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and let cool.
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and add the cooled ramen noodles. Mix well.
Divide the ramen-egg mixture into 8 portions and shape each into a bun. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ramen buns until golden brown on both sides. Set aside.
Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then form into 4 patties. Cook in the skillet until desired doneness.
Assemble the burgers by placing a beef patty on a ramen bun, then add lettuce, tomato, cheese, and mayonnaise. Top with another ramen bun.
