Ingredients 

Ramen Buns

  • 2 packs Instant Ramen Noodles discard seasoning packets
  • 2 large Eggs

Burger Patties

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Toppings

  • 4 leaves Lettuce
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 4 slices Cheese
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise

Instructions 

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and let cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and add the cooled ramen noodles. Mix well.
  3. Divide the ramen-egg mixture into 8 portions and shape each into a bun. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ramen buns until golden brown on both sides. Set aside.
  5. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then form into 4 patties. Cook in the skillet until desired doneness.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing a beef patty on a ramen bun, then add lettuce, tomato, cheese, and mayonnaise. Top with another ramen bun.
