  • 3 pounds red potatoes cut into chunks
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • ½ cup red onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoon fresh dill chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place potatoes in a large pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Add the cooled potatoes, celery, red onion, and dill to the bowl. Mix well to combine.
