Main Ingredients
- 1 large Cucumber peeled and chopped
- 4 cups Water
- ½ cup Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup Honey or to taste
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 cup Ice cubes
1. Blend cucumber and water until smooth.
2. Strain the mixture into a pitcher.
3. Add lemon juice, honey, and salt. Stir well.
4. Add ice cubes and serve chilled.
