Reuben Sandwich Recipe
A classic Reuben sandwich with corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Russian dressing, grilled between slices of rye bread.

- 4 slices Rye bread
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- ½ cup Sauerkraut drained
- ½ cup Russian dressing
- 8 oz Corned beef thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Butter softened
1. Butter one side of each slice of rye bread.
2. On the unbuttered side of two slices, layer Swiss cheese, corned beef, sauerkraut, and Russian dressing.
3. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side out.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Grill sandwiches until both sides are golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
