Main Ingredients
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup diced pickles
- 1 cup diced cooked chicken
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- to taste salt and pepper
Boil the diced potatoes and carrots in a saucepan until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and let cool.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled potatoes, carrots, peas, pickles, and chicken.
Add the mayonnaise and mustard to the bowl. Mix well to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
