Sausage Gravy Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 pound Sausage preferably breakfast sausage
- ¼ cup All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Milk
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper freshly ground
1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and crumbled.
2. Sprinkle the flour over the sausage and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. Gradually whisk in the milk, continuing to stir until the gravy thickens.
4. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
5. Serve hot over biscuits or toast.
