  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are tender and browned, about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Stir in butter and parsley. Serve warm.
