  • ¼ cup Milk
  • ½ cup Shredded cheese
  • ¼ cup Diced bell peppers
  • ¼ cup Diced onions
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with muffin liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Add the shredded cheese, diced bell peppers, and diced onions to the egg mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the muffins are set and lightly golden on top.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin. Serve warm.
