Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef or Lamb
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 4 cups Mashed Potatoes

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground meat until browned. Add onions and carrots, cook until soft.
  3. Stir in tomato paste and flour. Add beef broth and peas. Simmer until thickened.
  4. Transfer meat mixture to a baking dish. Spread mashed potatoes on top.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
