Instructions
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the shrimp, chili powder, and cumin. Cook until shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
3. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
4. Assemble the burritos by placing some rice, black beans, shrimp, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese in the center of each tortilla.
5. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll up from the bottom. Serve immediately.
