Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 4 large Flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add shrimp, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp is pink.
  3. 3. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
  4. 4. Place a tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle with cheese, add shrimp, and top with more cheese. Place another tortilla on top.
  5. 5. Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  6. 6. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  7. 7. Cut into wedges and serve warm.
