Sinigang na Isda sa Miso Recipe

Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 kg Fish (any white fish)
  • 2 tablespoon Miso paste
  • 1 pc Onion, sliced
  • 2 pcs Tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 bundle Kangkong (water spinach)
  • 1 pc Radish, sliced
  • 1 liter Water
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring water to a boil.
  2. 2. Add onions and tomatoes. Cook until softened.
  3. 3. Add miso paste and stir until dissolved.
  4. 4. Add fish and cook until half-done.
  5. 5. Add radish and cook until tender.
  6. 6. Add kangkong and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
