  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 Hamburger buns

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and green bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. 3. Stir in the ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Serve the mixture on hamburger buns.
