  • 2 lbs beef chuck roast
  • 1 packet dry Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet dry brown gravy mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 6 rolls sandwich rolls
  • Optional: cheese slices, pickles

Instructions 

  1. Place beef roast in slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle Italian salad dressing mix, ranch dressing mix, and brown gravy mix over the roast.
  3. Pour water into the slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  5. Shred the beef with two forks.
  6. Serve on sandwich rolls with optional cheese and pickles.
