Slow Cooker Beef Stew Recipe
A hearty and comforting beef stew made easy in the slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Beef chuck, cut into cubes
- 4 cups Beef broth
- 3 units Carrots, sliced
- 4 units Potatoes, cubed
- 1 unit Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a slow cooker, combine beef, beef broth, carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic.
2. Stir in tomato paste, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is tender.
4. Serve hot and enjoy!
