  • 2 lbs Beef chuck, cut into cubes
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 3 units Carrots, sliced
  • 4 units Potatoes, cubed
  • 1 unit Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a slow cooker, combine beef, beef broth, carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic.
  2. 2. Stir in tomato paste, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is tender.
