Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz can
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 16.3 oz can
1. Add chicken broth, chicken, carrots, celery, onion, thyme, and rosemary to the slow cooker.
2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
3. Stir in cream of chicken soup.
4. Cut biscuit dough into small pieces and add to the slow cooker. Cook on high for 1 hour or until biscuits are cooked through.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
