Slow Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe
A comforting and easy-to-make chicken noodle soup using a slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 8 cups Chicken broth
- 3 Carrots sliced
- 3 Celery stalks sliced
- 1 Onion diced
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
- 8 oz Egg noodles
- 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped
1. Add chicken breasts, chicken broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
3. Remove chicken and shred with two forks. Return chicken to the slow cooker.
4. Add egg noodles and cook on high for an additional 20-30 minutes or until noodles are tender.
5. Stir in fresh parsley before serving.
