- 3 pounds corned beef brisket
- 1 large head of cabbage cut into wedges
- 6 medium carrots peeled and cut into pieces
- 10 small red potatoes halved
- 4 cups water
Place corned beef brisket into the slow cooker.
Add water to cover the brisket.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Add cabbage, carrots, and potatoes during the last 2 hours of cooking.
Remove meat and vegetables from the slow cooker. Slice meat across the grain.
