- 3 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 can beef broth
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 1 cup water
- 6 rolls French rolls
Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the roast.
Pour the beef broth, soy sauce, and water over the roast.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Remove the roast from the slow cooker and shred the meat with two forks.
Return the shredded meat to the slow cooker and stir to combine with the juices.
Serve the meat on French rolls with a small bowl of the juices for dipping.
