Slow Cooker Potato Soup Recipe
A hearty and comforting potato soup made easy in the slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 6 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese for topping
- ½ cup chopped green onions for topping
1. Add potatoes, onion, and chicken broth to the slow cooker.
2. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
3. Use an immersion blender to blend the soup until smooth.
4. Stir in heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 15 minutes.
5. Serve hot, topped with shredded cheddar cheese and green onions.
