Slow Cooker Turkey Chili
A hearty and healthy turkey chili made in a slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed (15 oz)
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed (15 oz)
- 1 can corn, drained (15 oz)
- 2 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
1. In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is softened.
3. Transfer the turkey mixture to the slow cooker.
4. Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, corn, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chicken broth to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
6. Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, or chopped cilantro.
