Ingredients 

Pork Shoulder

  • 5 pounds Pork Shoulder

Dry Rub

  • 2 tablespoons Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine all dry rub ingredients.
  3. 3. Rub the pork shoulder with the dry rub mixture, ensuring it is evenly coated.
  4. 4. Place the pork shoulder in the smoker and cook for about 8 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C).
  5. 5. Remove the pork shoulder from the smoker and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Shred the pork using two forks and serve.
