- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice or white vinegar
- ¼ cup Milk
1. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream and lemon juice or vinegar.
2. Stir well and let it sit for 10 minutes.
3. Add milk and whisk until smooth.
4. Cover and let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours.
5. Refrigerate before using.
