Main Ingredients
- 6 Eggs
- ½ cup Cottage Cheese
- ½ cup Shredded Cheese Cheddar or your choice
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Pepper
- ¼ cup Cooked Bacon Chopped
1. Preheat your sous vide precision cooker to 172°F (78°C).
2. Blend eggs, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into mason jars, filling each about halfway. Add chopped bacon.
4. Seal jars and place them in the water bath. Cook for 60 minutes.
5. Remove jars from water bath, let cool slightly, and enjoy.
