Spanish Coffee Recipe
A delightful and warming Spanish coffee recipe that combines coffee with a touch of liquor and spices.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Hot coffee
 - 1 oz Rum
 - 1 oz Kahlua
 - 1 tablespoon Sugar
 - 1 pinch Cinnamon
 - 1 whipped cream Whipped cream for topping
 
 
1. Rim the coffee mug with sugar.
2. Add rum and Kahlua to the mug.
3. Carefully light the alcohol on fire to caramelize the sugar.
4. Pour in hot coffee to extinguish the flame.
5. Stir in a tablespoon of sugar and a pinch of cinnamon.
6. Top with whipped cream and serve immediately.
