Spanish Potato Omelet Recipe
A classic Spanish dish, also known as Tortilla Española, made with potatoes and eggs.

- 4 Potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 6 Eggs
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add the potatoes and onions, cook until tender.
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and add a pinch of salt.
Pour the egg mixture over the potatoes and onions in the pan.
Cook on low heat until the eggs are set, then flip to cook the other side.
Once cooked, slide the omelet onto a plate and serve warm.
